ALFA II Modular Stem

The ALFA II™ is a modular stem with a patented star-shaped mechanism that is designed to give the surgeon a greater ability to adjust offset, anteversion and leg length. This allows greater accuracy in correcting biomechanical alignment to ensure minimal joint reaction force and correct stress transfer.

Revision Lengths
The ALFA II System includes 160mm, 200mm and 250mm revision lengths. The 250mm length incorporates an anterior bow for superior canal fit.

Modular Necks
Modular necks are available in 32mm, 35mm, and 38mm lengths, each length offered in both 8 and 12 degree angles.

Fully Porous Coated
This is a fully porous coated stem with a tapered, polished bullet distal tip to reduce possible contact with the femur during flexion and to minimize thigh pain.

3D Macro-Interlock
Three dimensional porous coating allows 3D macro-interlock of bone into the depths of the porous coating down to the substrate.
