EUROPEAN INSTRUCTION AND LEARNING CENTRE FOR THE 3DKNEE TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT SYSTEM (Langelsheim, Germany)

The DJO Surgical European Reference Center for the 3DKnee™ offers surgeons a learning opportunity to gain hands-on experience in performing miimally invasive knee replacement surgical technique with the 3DKnee.

The training center is instructed by Dr. Christian Liebau.  Dr. Liebau is the Chief of the Orthopaedic Department at Asklepios Harzliniken Bad Harzburg, Clinic for Joint Replacement, and performs 600 THR and TKR replacement surgeries every year.  Dr. Liebau has quickly evolved into the number one authority on the 3DKnee in Germany and throughout Europe. 
Dr. Liebau is an expert in the following areas of specialty:

  • Joint Surgery
  • Open and Arthroscopic techniques
  • Cartilage reconstruction
  • Osteochondral grafts
  • Matrix bound cartilage cell transfer
  • Meniscal transplantation techniques
  • Arthroscopic shoulder stabilization and rotator cuff repair
